Registration open for EMBO Practical Course: Integrated multi-omic analyses of microbial communities
This EMBO Practical Course is aimed at early-stage researchers (PhD students, early PostDocs) with prior expertise in one (or more) of these “omes” who are planning to perform multi-omics studies of microbiota.
Participants will receive dedicated training on how to integrate the discrete omic data and how linking all this information can provide novel insights into microbiological systems. The course should assist them in experimental design, method selection, and data analysis. Lectures introducing the individual topics and techniques will be followed by hands-on training on state-of-the-art computational analysis tools, thereby enabling the participants to immediately apply the newly gained knowledge.
